Qualifications and Experience:
Eligible candidates to apply for the post of Rector/Pro-Rector should be an eminent academic or distinguished administrator who fulfills the following eligibility criteria:
Preferably a Ph.D. Degree from an Institute of Higher Learning recognized by HEC with a distinguished research and publication record.
Experience in an academic, research, or administrative leadership position (national/international). Must possess distinguished leadership, preferably in education and educational administration and financial management, with a proven track record of extensive experience and expertise in initiating and managing strategic change planning and overseeing the implementation of projects to results.
Excellent business, negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills with strong ability to work collaboratively and motivate staff and teams to achieve organizational tasks and goals. Age not more than 60 years on last date of submission of applications.
