How to Apply:
Obtain a prospectus from the university campus containing the application form. Fill the form carefully as misrepresentation may lead to cancellation of your admission. Deposit PKR 750 in any Pakistan Muslim Commercial Bank (MCB) and attach the copy of challan along with the application form and attach all the documents and reach the application form within the due date. You can also download the application form from the official website.

2 passport size photographs 1.5 X 2
