Punjab Government has made improvements to increase the utility allowance of its officers (Grade 01-17) from 1st January 2023. Improvement in utility allowance will be applicable from January 1, 2023. Finance Minister of Punjab gave the approval in a meeting.
The Punjab government has increased the utility allowance from January 1, 2023.
According to the decision, civil servants scale BS (01 to 08) will get Rs 5400 utility allowance, BS (09-14) will get Rs 7200 while BS (15) will get Rs 9000 and BS (16) officers, private secretaries and superintendents. (BS-17) employees will get Rs.12,600.
