Eligibility:
Qualification for the licensing test will require a B.Ed.Hons or MA education degree and three years of experience, various training modules will be developed by Stida to support continuous professional development. A teacher recruited in grade 16 on the basis of training will be promoted to grade 20. Like other civil services, the importance of this profession will also increase as the grade of teachers will increase on the basis of training.
