On December 25, 2022, the entrance test for 16 Gana Danish schools across Punjab was conducted in a very organized manner. A total of 20,510 candidates applied for the entrance test against 1,366 eligible quota seats. The seat ratio is 1:15. The number of applicants increased from 15,262 to 20,510, thus increasing by 5,248 candidates. 218 seats are reserved for other provinces namely KPK, Balochistan, Sindh, AJK, Pata (Punjab), Cholistan while 32 seats are reserved for Gilgit-Baltistan for which the test will be held on January 9, 2022 in the respective provincial capitals.
