KARACHI: The federal government has started the registration of PM laptop scheme for laptop scheme for students. Talented Youth Internship Program is being launched for 30 thousand unemployed graduate youth, which will last for 6 months and they will be given a monthly stipend of Rs.25 thousand. Under this program, 30 thousand youth will get an opportunity to work in the industry.
Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif has announced to give free laptops to one lakh youth. Government will distribute free laptops to one lakh youth on merit basis. Laptops will be selected and given to the youth who have shown outstanding performance in the field of education across the country.
Under the PM Laptop Scheme 2023 enrollment date, one lakh students will be given laptops through merit. The National Bank of Pakistan has also been asked to develop laptop leasing products so that every university student can get a laptop at cheap rates.

Prime Minister Laptop Scheme The main objective of this scheme for gifted students is to increase the scope of research and quality education in the country and to increase access to information technology.
At present there are 2000 IT companies and call centers in the country and their number is increasing day by day. Access to digital internet is being ensured across the country. Our government has distributed 1 million laptops to youths in the past and now they are relaunching this scheme.
Eligibility Criteria
Students registered in HEC approved public sector educational institutions. Masters/doctoral students and undergraduate students of research-based courses such as Ph.D., MPhil, MS etc. will get laptops, including Associate Engineer Diploma students in polytechnics.

PM Laptop Scheme Phase III Online Registration
