Osman Institute of Technology BS and BS Admission 2023 Eligibility, Admission Procedure

Osman Institute of Technology is a non-profit organization. The campus of UIT is located at the intersection of University Road and Abul Hasan Isfahani Road, Gulshan Iqbal, Karachi, Pakistan. The institute offers undergraduate education in engineering and computer science programs.

Eligibility
The applicant must have passed the Higher School Secondary Certificate (HSSC) examination from any authorized Board of Intermediate Education in Pakistan or an equivalent foreign examination recognized by the University and must fulfill the following conditions:
The year of passing the examination should not be earlier than three years prior to submission of application.
Every applicant should score at least 60% marks, without any grace marks. Applicants must either pass the UIT entrance test or the NED entrance test (applicants who pass the NED test, but fail the UIT test will also be eligible for admission) or a score of SAT-I Score at least 800 and score at least 1500 in SAT. II with Physics/Chemistry/Computer Science and Mathematics subjects. For admission to engineering programs, the subjects examined at the HSSC level include pre-engineering subjects of mathematics, physics, and chemistry.

Admission Procedure
Registration on Admission Portal: Register on the UIT Admission Portal by entering User ID, Password, Personal Details and a valid, valid email address. Please do not forget the user ID and password.
A link will be sent via email, proceed with the rest of the online application process using this link.
Submission of application form
Login to UIT Admission Portal using User ID and Password.
Fill details and upload recent photo. Please note that the image must be clear and on a white background. (see image details)
Upload scanned academic documents.
Submit the application by clicking the SUBMIT button.
Application processing fee
Print Fee Voucher (System automatically generates fee voucher after submission of application)
Visit any branch of Bank Al Habib and pay the entry processing fee i.e. (Rs. 2,500/=)
Submit the scanned copy of fee voucher paid through UIT admission portal.
Issuance of Admit Card
After verification of all information and receipt of fee by UIT. Candidates will be sent email and SMS alert to print admit card.
Entry test
NED University of Engineering and Technology Entrance Test will be held on 28 September 2020 i.e. Sunday.
Candidates must bring the admit card and CNIC on the day of the entrance test.
Merit List and Medical Examination
An SMS alert will be sent to all the candidates when the merit list is announced.
Candidates can check whether their name appears in the merit list on social media page and UIT website.
Candidates whose names are included in the merit list will be examined for medical fitness by the Principal Medical Office (PMO) of NED University.
Distribution of offer letter
Offer letters will be made as per the merit list.
Candidates will be asked to visit the UIT to get the offer letter at the scheduled time.
All candidates have to deposit the enrollment fee i.e. (Rs. 8,000/=) to reserve the seats at the time of receiving the admission offer letter.
Payment of registration fee
Candidates shall pay the fee (details given in the registration form) through (System Generated Fee Voucher) at any branch of Bank Al Habib or pay order of required amount from any bank in favor of Usman Institute of Technology at Admission Office. Will submit. .
Please note that all selected candidates have to submit original documents and complete all formalities before the given date to complete the registration process.
