Nishat Entry Test
Nishat College of Science has taken proactive steps to start an entrance test department to ensure outstanding success of the students. The department consists of highly qualified, high caliber, dedicated, committed and experienced faculty, whose entire objective is preparation for the entrance test. The entry test system will continue parallel to the traditional test system of Intermediate.

Instructions:
All data fields must be filled. Fill your application form carefully. The application fee (service charges) is non-refundable/non-transferable. Bank online deposit of Rs.600/- must be attached with the application form. The application form should reach the OTS office by the last date of submission. OTS shall not be responsible for late receipt of application by courier/Pakistan Post etc. Attach your recent photograph (latest of 6 months), copy of B form, original bank deposit slip with this application form. Without the Guardian’s signature, your application form will not be considered. Without a photograph, your application form will not be considered. Incomplete forms will not be considered. (All fields are mandatory. Mobile phones or other electronic gadgets are not allowed in the exam center premises.
