The government has announced its first nursing scholarship for this year. It is open to all deserving students of public and private universities. They are open to Bachelors, Masters and Ph.D. Nursing students from partner institutes approved by Pakistan Nursing Council.

List of institutes can be found here. It will award scholarships only to students who have been shortlisted by partner institutions. Students should fill and print the form on required stamp papers. After completing the application form and declaration form they are to be submitted along with the required documents to the focal person of the partner institutions. Any application form submitted directly to NEST will not be considered. This scholarship is open to Pakistani nationals only and is need-based.
The main objective of NEST is to provide scholarships to needy and talented students, who do not have enough resources to continue their education. These scholarships will provide them an opportunity to continue their education. This is in line with the government policy to provide vertical mobility to the most vulnerable sections of the society.

National Endowment Fund Scholarship for Nursing NEST 2020 complete details are given here. For students of partner institutes only. Students are requested to apply on the prescribed scholarship application form for BSN (GEN), MSN or Ph.D. The same can be found on partner institute websites. Students are also requested to fill and print the declaration form on required stamp papers. After completing the application form and declaration form along with the required documents should be submitted to the respective focal person of the partner institutions.
You need to submit the following documents on or before (deadline) to be awarded the above scholarship. Failure to submit any required documents within the stipulated time may result in cancellation of the scholarship.
Attested copies of educational documents, applicant’s CNIC copy/B form, father’s/guardian’s CNIC, domicile, death certificate (if father is deceased), photographs (two passport size), undertaking for income declaration (Rs. 20 -50 non-judicial stamp paper, salary slip/father’s/guardian’s income certificate, institute’s admission letter with admission fee slip, registration form (sent through mail) filled and signed by the applicant. Done, declaration that you are not availing any other scholarship.Signed and stamped by Institutional/Department Head/Principal/Registrar for that academic year (issued on non-judicial stamp paper of Rs.20-50 will go)
Note: Any application form submitted directly to NEST will not be considered, NEST will award scholarships only to those students who have been shortlisted by the above partner institutes only.
