a) Age should not exceed 65 years on the last date of submission of applications.
b) Have obtained PhD degree from HEC recognized or UNESCO listed institutions.
c) Experience in senior academic, research and management leadership positions.
d) Have a record of distinguished research and publications.

Important Instructions:
