Lahore Garrison University is a university located in Lahore, Punjab. This university was established by the Pakistani army. It has two campuses in the township of DHA and Lahore Cantonment.
The LGU runs undergraduate, graduate, masters, MPhil and PhD programs in various disciplines. The university offers qualified, educated and multi-disciplinary faculty. The University is setting up a Digital Forensic Research and Service Centre, which will be a first-of-its-kind digital forensics lab in Pakistan. The LGU has signed memorandums of understanding with several organizations. The university has more than 4000 students with 300 qualified staff and 18 departments. The university is offering 25 professional courses.
It provides 50% scholarship for children of military personnel and 100% scholarship for children of martyrs and if the student gets 3.5 CGPA or above he can get the scholarship.
