KARACHI: Pakistan Junior Kabaddi Team has reached Iran on February 24, 2023 to participate in the second edition. Junior Kabaddi World Cup 2023which will be held in Urmia, Iran from February 26 to March 6, 2023.

Iran, Pakistan, India, Chinese Taipei, Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Bangladesh, Nepal, Iraq, Afghanistan, Turkmenistan, Syria, Kenya, Uganda, Germany, Estonia and Azerbaijan will compete for top honors in the nine-day event. . It will be organized in Asian style.
The first Junior World Kabaddi Championship was held in November 2019 in Kish Island, Iran, in which 14 teams participated. Iran won the trophy by defeating Kenya 42-22 in the final.
