1. Registration on e-Petroleum System
First go to e-petroleum system (https://eportal.ppra.org.pk/epetrol) and register your account by providing your personal information such as name, address, NIC, email, and contact number.
2. Log in to the e-Petroleum system.
After successful registration, login to e-Petroleum system using your registered email and password.
3. Apply for NOC.
Click on the ‘Apply for NOC’ option and fill the required information such as name, address, and contact number of the applicant, location of the proposed petrol pump, and other relevant details.
4. Upload required documents.
Upload scanned copies of required documents like NIC, property documents, petrol pump layout plan, environmental clearance certificate, fire safety clearance certificate, and undertaking to comply with OGRA regulations.
5. Pay the application fee.
