Hailey College of Banking and Finance Admission Section has been established as the fifth constituent college of Punjab University Lahore. HCBF was inaugurated on 26 March 2003 by Lt. Gen. (retd) Khalid Maqbool (first Chancellor and Governor of Punjab). Admission to MBA (1 ½ years) of 17 ½ years of study is now open to HCBF-PU students on merit basis. Morning session students who have completed BBA (Hons) B&F from HCBF-PU will compete for open merit seats. Many college students have qualified various stages of examination of these institutes before their graduation thereby further enhancing their personal profile. The expansion of the educational program required an increase in infrastructure.
