Applications for 07 reserved seats on merit basis for admission to first year 2023-23 in Fatima Jinnah Medical College (FJMC) Lahore only for women students domiciled in Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT). are called for conducting the entry test. Open Testing Service (OTS) will administer the test.

Terms and Conditions:

Application in the prescribed form along with attested copies of the following documents should reach the Open Testing Service (OTS) within 15 days from the date of publication of this advertisement.

  • Matriculation, FSC Certificate and Detailed Marks Sheets
  • Domicile (ICT).

OTS will inform the candidates about the time, date and venue.

  • NoTA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
  • Only shortlisted applicants will be called for test/interview.
  • In case of any incorrect/fake information in the application form, Cabinet Division Govt., Pakistan
    reserves the right to cancel the candidature at any stage (even after admission if it appears so
    later) and initiate legal proceedings against the petitioner.
  • The test fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Last date for submission of application form is 15 days after its publication date.
    Advertisement in newspapers.
  • Applications received after the last date will not be considered.
  • Competent authority reserves the right to cancel/postpone the entrance test at any stage.

Application form and online deposit slips can be downloaded from www.ots.org.pk and www.cabinet.gov.pk websites.

The test fee can be deposited through fixed deposit slip at any online branch of the nominated bank. OTS shall not be responsible for late receipt of applications sent by post or any other courier service.

Handwritten applications will not be considered. Candidates are required to send their prescribed application form with an online deposit slip (in original) to the address I. i.e. 10-01-2021 within fifteen (15) days of publication of this advertisement.
