How to Apply
Interested applicants need to apply online through the university website (jobs.fjwu.edu.pk) (link will be available soon) and submit the application form in hard form along with necessary documents.
Hard copy on prescribed proforma (a) with attested documents (i) Degree/Certificates/Transcripts (ii) Experience Certificate (updated) (iii) CNIC (iv) Domicile (v) Pay Order with 2-Recent Photographs, Bank Draft of Rs.1000/- or Paid Challan (Non-Refundable) payable to Treasurer, Fatima Jinnah Women University, Rawalpindi should reach the Office of the Registrar by 16th April 2020.
Applicants already working in Government/Semi-Government Organizations/Autonomous Institutions apply through proper channel by due date and submit service certificate issued by their current employer. Otherwise, their applications will not be considered. However, the University may take advance copies.
The University reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of posts, not to fill up any post, stop appointment against any advertised post or accept/reject any application without assigning any reason.
Candidates applying for the posts must register the attached documents with signature.
Relaxation in age will be admissible under the rules of Government of Punjab.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. No TA/DA will be paid.
The decision of the University shall be binding in all cases.
The University is not responsible for any delay or non-receipt of call letters due to any failure of courier service/post office/telephone message.
5% quota is reserved for employment of minorities and 3% quota for persons with disabilities.
