According to the MOU between Ministry of Employment and Labor (MOEL) and Ministry of Overseas Pakistanis and Human Resource Development (MOOPHRD) of the Republic of Korea, the EPS-TOPIK test will be conducted as follows.
General EPS-TOPIK
All job seekers who wish to work in Korea under the Employment Permit System (EPS) must pass the EPS-TOPIK, administered by the Human Resource Development Service of Korea (HRD Korea) authorized by the MOEL. is, and only those who have passed the test. Persons aged 18 to 39 years
Persons born between 14 March 1977 to 13 March 1999
Persons who have not been sentenced to imprisonment or more severe punishment.
Persons who have no record of deportation or departure orders from the Republic of Korea.
Persons who are not prohibited from leaving their country of origin.
Registration Procedure
Registration Period: March 13 (Monday), 2020 ~ March 17 (Friday), 2020

Required Documents
Application Form: Free distribution at the place of registration, only to those applicants who have paid the test fee.
Registration numbers are written on each application form, and an applicant can receive and submit an application form. If there is any mistake in an application form, correct it with correction fluid or tape and submit.
Test Fee: 24 USD (same amount in Pakistani Rupees)
If an applicant who has extenuating circumstances cancels his/her registration during the registration period, the applicant may receive a full refund. (However, re-application after cancellation is not allowed).
Color copy of international passport
Two (02) photographs of 3.5 x 4.5 cm (taken within 6 months)
Registration will be done in order of receipt, and if applicants have applied more than required, an additional test date will be decided and the test will be conducted accordingly. Its date will be announced for each applicant at the designated test venue and also on the date of announcement of date.
This registration accepts one person, one industry type only. Double registration is never allowed.

All applicants need to bring their passport and CNIC which is the one posted on their application form. No applicant is allowed to take the test without passport and CNIC.
Declaration of Test Results
Date of Announcement: Last Monday of every month.
According to the MoU between the Republic of Korea Ministry of Employment and Labor and Overseas Pakistanis and the Ministry of Human Resource Development (MOOPHRD), only the OEC has the legal authority to send Pakistani manpower to the Republic of Korea. Only job seekers who have passed the EPS-TOPIK and are registered on the roster by the OEC may be hired by Korean employers. If any other private sector is involved in the process of sending manpower, these actions will be punishable by law.
On the day of the exam, mobile phones, cassette players, PDAs, MP3 players, electronic dictionaries, and other electronic devices that could potentially be used to cheat during the test are strictly prohibited.
The test will be void, and examinees found to have cheated during the test will be ineligible to take the test for 3 years.
If an applicant’s personal information on the passport is not exactly the same as the information on the application form (name, date of birth, and gender), their registration in the EPS jobseeker roster and entry into Korea will be rejected in any case. Not allowed. , and the applicant is solely responsible for any problems arising due to discrepancies in his personal information.
For the improvement of Korean language skills, all questions will be taken from closed question banks based on the “Standard Textbook for EPS-TOPIK”.
Passing the special EPS-TOPIK only guarantees employment application eligibility for EPS, and does not guarantee employment in Korea.
Additionally, individuals who are prohibited from employment in Korea, such as those who have not passed a medical examination or who have a record of illegal stay in Korea, cannot be employed in Korea.
It costs 24 USD (or equivalent amount in Pakistani Rupees) for the applicant to take the EPS-TOPIK and officially note the cost to be sent by the OEC during the registration period of the job application form. Only a certain amount will cost you to enter. Korea under EPS. In addition, other than the OEC, no other agency or person is permitted to be involved in the employment practices of the EPS. For this reason, all applicants should be aware of this fact and protect themselves against any losses or damages caused by any or any other agency’s fraudulent (deceptive) recommendation or employment in Korea under EPS.
