Note: Prospectus and application form can be downloaded from Dow University of Health Sciences (DUHS) website (www.duhs.edu.pk) from 7th June 2021, along with all required eligibility documents and paid fee voucher. Must be submitted together. Rs.2,000/- only at United Bank Limited, Baba Urdu Road Branch. Karachi.
The last date to apply or BS programs and registration fee is Rs.2000 is on 8th December 2020. Applicants will attend the entrance test for Form-D and DPT while the entrance test for Allied Health Sciences BS programs is on 22nd. will be taken. December 2020 and note that the time and venue of the entrance test will be mentioned on the admit card.
This registration and application processing fee should be submitted to UBL. Babay Urdu Road Branch Karachi only candidates have to fill their application form both manually and online for one degree program, only one form can be submitted and processing fee will be considered for one degree program only.
