Applications are invited from Pakistani nationals on regular basis for the following posts in the prescribed form.

AUST Professor/Associate Professors Jobs 2023 Advertisement No. 07/2022

Professors/Associate Professors with less than 06 years of regular BPS experience can apply for TTS only.

1. Eligibility criteria for all the above posts are as per Higher Education Commission of Pakistan.
2. Candidates serving in Government, Semi-Government and Autonomous Institutions should apply through proper channel.
3. The application form can be downloaded from the Abbottabad University of Science and Technology website wwwaustedu.pk or can be obtained from the Registrar’s Office of the University as prescribed only. Application form will be accepted.
4. No column of application form should be left blank especially equivalent percentage marks/CGPA. Contact numbers (both landline and mobile), postal and email addresses.
5. A bank draft (irrevocable) in favor of treasurer. 8000/- for the post of Professor and Rs.6000/- for the post of Associate Professor in Abbottabad University of Science and Technology. Original bank draft receipt (and a photocopy thereof) along with attested photocopies of all DMCs, degrees.
   Certificate. Experience Certificate. The CNIC application form should be accompanied by research papers and two recent passport size photographs. . Incomplete forms will not be considered in any respect and no document (qualification/experience/publication etc.) will be accepted/requested/counted after the due date even at the appeal stage (if There is one).
6. Candidates applying for both BPS and TTS posts have to apply separately.
7. All eligible candidates will also be liable to pay a sum (non-refundable) of Rs. 300CV- for BPS and $150/- for TTS as evaluation fee for VTRP evaluating dossiers/research papers within one week after communicating through email.
8. Experience/qualification etc. will not be considered after the last date of submission.
9. Candidates with foreign degrees/certificates shall provide equivalency certificates from HEC/IBCC Islamabad before the date of intake.
10. The University reserves the right to reject any application for lack of fit, to withhold appointment against any advertised position or to accept/reject any application.
11. Selected candidates will be subject to Abbottabad University of Science and Technology rules/regulations/law as amended from time to time.
12. Those who have applied for any of the above posts against the advertisement dated 13th May 2019 need not apply again (candidates need only submit fresh documents (qualification/experience/publication etc.) so that they on or before the date of reconsideration of your application)
13. All applications (and the data contained therein) are treated as confidential documents and will be destroyed one year after the appointment.
14. In sick cases the decision of the University will be binding.
15. No TA/DA will be admissible during interview.
16. Application form should reach the office of the undersigned on or before 30th January 2023.
